How It Works
1. The Basics
Just by registering for our Loyalty Program, you automatically get **3% of your spend back in points** on every purchase. It's that simple.
2. Your Points
Your points are as good as cash at RedClay. **Every 1 point you earn = R1.** You can use your points to pay for your orders whenever you like.
3. Earn Badges for Bonus Rewards
On top of your 3% base, you can earn powerful badges for completing challenges. Each badge gives you an *extra* bonus (like an additional 1% kickback on all purchases).
4. Badges Must "Stay Alive"
Badges aren't permanent! They have maintenance requirements to keep them active. For example, to *keep* the "Coffee Snob" badge, you must continue to meet its challenge (e.g., "Have any coffee on 2 separate days in a week, for 3 consecutive weeks"). If you stop meeting the requirements, the badge and its bonus will expire!
